Online Signature Generator & Resizer
Draw a clean digital signature, choose its dimensions, then download a transparent PNG for forms and documents.
Create and resize a signature online
Use your mouse, trackpad or finger to draw a signature. Set the output width and height before creating the PNG. The drawing stays in your browser; it is not uploaded to an ITFixLab server.
How to create a signature
- Draw inside the white signature box.
- Set the pixel size requested by the form or portal.
- Select Create Signature PNG.
- Review and download the transparent signature file.
Frequently asked questions
Can I resize a signature?
Yes. Set the width and height before creating the downloadable PNG.
Does a digital signature replace a legally required e-signature?
No. Use this for an image signature only when the receiving form accepts one.
Make a signature that stays readable after resizing
For forms and application portals, the biggest mistake is starting with a tiny or blurry source. Create the signature at a comfortable size first, then resize the finished result. This preserves cleaner edges than repeatedly enlarging and shrinking the same image.
Use a simple background
A plain white or transparent background usually works best. Avoid textured paper, shadows and camera glare because they can remain visible after resizing and may make the signature look uneven on official forms.
Check the destination requirements
Some portals specify both pixel dimensions and a maximum file size. Match the dimensions first, then compress only if needed. Keep the original signature image so you can generate another size later without losing quality.
Privacy and reuse
A signature is sensitive personal material. Store the finished file carefully and upload it only to the intended service. Do not reuse a publicly shared signature image for important documents.
Make a signature image that stays readable
Draw with enough space around the strokes so the signature is not clipped when it is resized. If the receiving portal asks for a very small image, create the signature at a larger size first and then export it at the required dimensions so the stroke shape remains cleaner.
Transparent PNG vs white background
The generated PNG uses transparency, which is useful when a document or form accepts an overlaid signature image. Some portals expect a white background instead; in that case, follow the portal's specification rather than assuming transparency is accepted.
Security and legal limitation
This tool creates an image of a handwritten signature. It does not add cryptographic identity, certificate validation, document integrity protection or the legal workflow of a dedicated electronic-signature service. Only use the image where that type of signature is explicitly accepted.
Privacy
The drawing is created in your browser and is not uploaded to ITFixLab. Treat the downloaded image as sensitive: store and share it only where necessary.
