ROHITH · Your ITFixLab Guide

So… who is this Rohith helping me?

ROHITH is the on-screen guide used across ITFixLab. He is based on the real Rohith Biju, the person building the site. The character exists to make technical steps feel clearer, safer, and more human—not to pretend a live person is secretly watching your computer.

Important: ROHITH is a designed guide inside the product. He does not scan your PC, see your screen, know results you have not shared, or execute commands for you.

How ROHITH helps across ITFixLab

The character changes role with the task. The personality stays the same: clear, practical, honest about uncertainty, and careful before risky technical actions.

Guides — explains

ROHITH helps you understand what is happening and why, using practical examples instead of textbook-style definitions.

Fixes — diagnose

ROHITH asks only the questions needed to narrow the problem, then guides you toward the safest useful next step.

Tools — explain commands safely

ROHITH explains a command or technical action before you try it: what it does, its risk, permissions, expected output, and possible changes.
